counttr terms of use
Effective since October 23, 2026
Purpose
These terms of use govern your use of the counttr app (the "App"), published by Bruno Sabot as Elizion Studio (contact: contact@elizion.studio). By using the App, you accept these terms.
Access to the App
The App is downloaded from Google Play and the App Store and works without an account. Any payment goes through these stores and follows their terms. We may change, suspend or discontinue the App at any time.
Use
The App is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use it lawfully and not to copy, modify, decompile or misuse it.
Your data
Your content stays on your device and you are solely responsible for it, backups included. How data is handled is described in the App's privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The counttr name, logo, artwork, texts and code belong to Bruno Sabot. You get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the App, and no other rights.
Liability
The App is provided as is. We do our best to make it work properly, without guaranteeing that it is error-free or always available.
Countdowns and milestones are computed from the dates you enter and your device's clock: they are provided for information only.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App, including the loss of data stored on your device.
Changes
These terms may change. The new version is published on this page, with its effective date; continuing to use the App means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@elizion.studio to find an amicable solution; failing that, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer protection rules that apply to you.
